The Alabama Interfaith Refugee Partnership (ALIRP) is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to supporting refugees and asylum seekers through direct assistant, education and advocacy for people seeking asylum and safety. Our work is grounded in evidence, partnership, and lived experience. Our programs are shaped by the voices of the communities we serve and strengthened through collaboration with trusted partners. We focus not only on immediate needs, but also on the systems and structures that influence long-term outcomes. Support from funders and donors enables us to expand our reach, deepen program quality, and invest in long-term solutions that drive measurable change in Alabama for refugee and asylum-seeking communities. Together, we are building a future where all refugees and asylum seekers find safety and live with dignity.
