The Independent Presbyterian Church at 3100 Highland Ave, Birmingham, AL 35205 hosted a "Lunch and Learn" session on Tuesday, July 19 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm which will feature a presentation by Lynda Wilson, ALIRP President.  Lynda  discussed the history and current initiatives of the ALIRP and ways to become involved in our three-part mission of direct support, education , and advocacy to help refugees and asylum-seekers globally and locally.
