On Thursday, July 11, ALIRP celebrated and honored our volunteers for all the hard work and dedication that they have given us! We could not do any of this without you all!
This event included food catering from Blue Pacific Thai Restaurant, a wonderfully local and immigrant run restaurant in Hoover. The menu will include:
Vegetable Spring Rolls
Vegetarian Pad Si Ew
Panang Chicken with Steamed Ri
Other food items will include a veggie tray and various desserts
