Rachel Coleman Mirra,  Co-Chair of the ALIRP Communications Committee (2021-2022) is currently the Preschool Director at Awake Community School. Rachel and her husband Adam have two young daughters, Paris and India. She has spent the last seven years in Birmingham working with a nonprofit organization that addresses the needs of the homeless community in Birmingham.
