Kent Haines 

Kent Haines serves as Chair of the ALIRP Outreach Committee (2021-2023).  Kent
is a middle school math teacher in Hoover, AL. He has also taught in Birmingham City Schools and at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Aside from his work with ALIRP, Kent is the current president of the Israel-World Jewry Bureau, which funds non-profit organizations in Israel. Previously he led the events committee of the WBHM Junior Board. He received his BA in Economics from Brown University and his MS Ed in Secondary Math Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
